Willie Burt Leonard, age 95 of Monaville, passed away on November 25, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Lee and Winnie Ola Burch Leonard; brothers, Vernon, Walter, Michael, R.J. "Dick", Weldon, E.L. "Ed", Presley; sisters, Ora, Winnie, Reta and is survived by his wife, Mildred Leonard; sons, Marcus Leonard and wife K, Erik Leonard; step-sons Keith Taylor and wife Marlene, Kirk Taylor and wife Donna; daughter, Andrea "Peppy" Bloyd and husband T.C.; step-daughters, Glenda Bailey and husband Tom, Marcy Taylor; grandchildren, Nikki Derrick and husband Clint, Travis Bloyd and wife Julie, Cody Bloyd and wife Christina; step-grandchildren, Jason Taylor, Megan Norsworthy. Eleshea Martin, Jennifer Tollett, Lisa Turner, Michael Taylor; great grandchildren, Liam, Walker, Seth and Kate Derrick, Timothy, Naomi and Ty Bloyd; step-great grandchildren, Kolbi Taylor, Emma and Ryan Norsworthy, Garrett and Ethan Turner, Adalyn Tollett, Taylor and Leslie Martin; the mother of his children, Patricia Sedberry of Navasota as well as numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 29, 2014 from 4 to 6pm at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Sunday, November 30, 2014 at 2pm at Waller Baptist Church with Pastor Allen McClure officiating. A Masonic Graveside Service will follow at Waller Cemetery.
