William "Bubba" Chamberlain of Waller, Texas passed away peacefully at home on March 5, 2021.  Bubba is preceded in death by his father, Bill Chamberlain; in-laws, Doc and Pauline Treichel; nephew, Chad Treichel; and grandson, Keegan Hill.  He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Christine Treichel Chamberlain; daughter, Amory Hill and husband Bo; son, Cade; soon-to-be grandson, Brantley Hill; mother, Doris Chamberlain; brother, Skipper Chamberlain and wife Peggy; brothers-in-law Richard Treichel and Kathy Strong, Leonard Treichel and wife Gloria; sisters-in-law Mildred Gabriel and husband Terry, Cheryl Swonke and husband Wilfred; best friend Mark Flukinger and wife Sue; 20 nieces and nephews; 19 great nieces and nephews; as well as numerous extended family members and dear friends.

Bubba was born on September 22, 1955 in Del Rio, Texas and was raised 60 miles west in the small town of Langtry, Texas, where he remained until age 18, when he graduated from Comstock High School in 1973.  Bubba took a job working for the railroad, which took him traveling across the State of Texas. He eventually landed in Houston to work alongside his brother Skipper, in the home building industry. In 1984, Bubba obtained his Commercial Drivers License and began driving Cement Trucks and moved to Rosehill, Texas. It was his close proximity to Tomball, Texas that led him to Virginia City Dancehall, where he met his soulmate, Christine.  The two were married in an outdoor ceremony in the Treichel's family pasture on September 21, 1985, one day shy of Bubba's 30 ^th birthday, surrounded by countless family, friends, and nosey cattle. Bubba and Christine made their home on the Treichel family property, which is where they raised their two children, Amory and Cade. Bubba always felt the pull of his beloved West Texas and made multiple trips to Langtry each year to visit his family. Bubba's true love other than his family and friends, was his love for the outdoors. He cherished his time spent with his family and friends hunting deer in Langtry, fishing The Pecos River, The Rio Grande River, and Lake Amistad. Bubba was always the life of the party, whether it be with family and friends in Acuna, Mexico, busting moves on the dancefloor at every wedding and every party that he attended, pulling pranks at family holidays, and you could always count on him for his uncanny ability to make jokes and come up with hilarious one liners. He loved old country music, the color blue, his animals, his garden, and Christmastime very much. He also loved to spend time with his two children and son-in-law and their friends, and was looked at as a father-figure by so many.  Bubba spent 25 years at Amerigas Propane, and finished his career at Best Redi-Mix in Hockley, Texas before becoming disabled. During his last few years, while being disabled, Bubba found his strength and solace in the Lord, and became closer to Christ than ever before, even re-accepting Christ as his Lord and Savior while in a Physical Rehabilitation Center in 2019.

Christine, Amory, Bo, and Cade would like to personally thank each of you for your support during Bubba's disability and in his passing. The man with all of the nicknames, is loved and is already so deeply missed. Until we all meet you again at Heaven's gates, in our hearts you will remain Dad, Bud, Boobah, Boo, Hub, Pops.

A celebration of life meal will be held at The Fields Store Community Center on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 3:00pm.
