Virginia Cummings, age 87 of Katy, passed away on March 5, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl B. Cummings, parents William Hinkle and Ina Porter Hinkle; sisters, Lola Wilkins and Violet Stanford; brother, William Hinkle. Virginia is survived by her son Jesse Earl Cummings and wife Sandy; brother, Thomas Hinkle; sisters, Juanita Peacher, Sue Hemrick and Patricia Kessel; grandchildren, Holly Hilbert and husband David and David Cummings and Jeanne; great grandchildren, Hailey and Hannah Hilbert and numerous other family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be Monday, March 9, 2015 at 10am at Canon Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Dobbs officiating. Interment will follow at Canon Mathis Cemetery.
