Thomas "Paul" Magness age 72 of Cypress, Texas passed away on November 29, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents Willard and Mattie Magness; sister Deloris Ruth.

He is survived by his wife Lynn Magness; daughters Paula Ostigin and husband Eli, Rosanne Foty and husband Nick; brother Roger Magness and wife Becky; grandchildren Madeline Foty, Eliza Ostigin; Sophie Foty Libby Foty; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 2, 2021, from 5-8 pm at Canon Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be Friday, December 3, 2021, at 9:00 am at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, Texas.

The family will be holding a Memorial Service for Paul on December 4, 2021 at 10:00 am at Second Baptist Church located in Cypress, Texas.
