Steven Lyle Stafford, of Waller, passed away in Houston on April 23, 2021. Steven was born in Bellville, Texas May 10 ^th , 1980. Steven was a 1998 graduate of Waller High School, he attended ITT, and then he went on to work at the family business Kickapoo Feed Store. He excelled in a career of Insurance adjusting for the last 13 years. Steven was a hard worker, he loved to laugh, and was an avid fisherman. Steven and his wife Susan loved traveling to Colorado, and Isla Mujeres. Steven also loved spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Susan Stafford, of Waller; His parents Allen and Lynda Stafford of Navasota; Brothers Tyson Stafford and wife Adra of Waller, Justin Stafford and wife Leanna of Weatherford, his twin brother Jason Stafford and wife Melissa of Magnolia; mother-in-law Dorothy Sue Kapetanakis and stepfather Lee Kapetanakis of Houston as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Steven was preceded in death by his grandfather Maple Pollard; grandfather Vertis Stafford Sr.; grandmother Azel Pollard; grandfather Henry Ford Davis; Uncle Eugene Pollard; father-in-law Wayne Clarence Owen, and grandmother Joy Stafford Davis.

Visitation will be Monday, May 3, 2021 from 1-2 PM at Canon Funeral home. Funeral Services to follow at 2 PM with Pastor Tom Dobbs officiating. Interment will follow at Whitehall Fairview Cemetery in Whitehall.
