Mike Eden, age 84 of Hempstead, passed away on March 15, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his parents Sherman and Lorraine Eden and brother Bruce Eden.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of 66 years Sylvia Eden; daughters Ann Bolin and husband Joel, Karen Wheaton and husband Randy; sisters Sallye Millhouse and husband Bob, Mary Ellen Davidson and husband Johnny; grandchildren Cody Avery, Austin Avery, Myles Derrick and wife Samantha, Kayla Bolin, Averi Hon and husband Will, Rachel Pinon and husband Walt, Samantha Beasley and husband Aaron; great grandchildren Emma Avery, Harper Avery, Rhyder Derrick, Rayleigh Derrick, Hudson Hon, Hayes Hon, Brett Bolin, Chloe Beasley, Madeline Beasley, Jacob Beasley; sister-in-law Patricia Batts; as well as many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 1-2pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 22892 Mack Washington Lane, Hempstead, TX 77445. Funeral Services will follow at 2pm with Jonie Scruggs officiating. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
