Shelley Lee Rognon, age 52 of Hempstead passed away on May 22, 2016. She is preceded in death by her father, Blaine DeMar Brown, and survived by her mother, Blanche Brown; Eugene Rognon; son, Dallas Rognon; daughters, Morgan Herrera and Ashton Rognon; and grandchildren, Jasmine, Savannah, Ashley, Sydney, Ty, Kaylee, Savannah Leigh and Harlee.

Shelley loved classic country music, the outdoors; she especially enjoyed gardening and butterflies. She cherished her 8 grandkids and loved Care Bears. Shelley never met a stranger and was loved by everyone that knew her. She will be deeply missed.

Visitation and Funeral Services will be Saturday, May 28, 2016 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2209 Mayer Waller Rd, Waller, TX 77484. Visitation will be from 1-3pm with the Funeral at 3pm, with Dr. Harold A. Black officiating. Interment will follow at Canon Mathis Cemetery 17922 Mathis Rd. Waller, TX 77484.
