Sandra Beaty, age 75 of Hempstead, passed away on March 2, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents William "Bill" and Dorothy Miller and grandmother Cora Patterson and is survived by her husband Chet Beaty; son Will Beaty and wife Teri; daughter Shannon Beaty Logeman and husband David; grandson Ryan Beaty; as well as other relatives and friends.

Sandra loved sewing ,her dogs and the Astros. But her greatest joy was being her grandson's number one baseball fan.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be sent to the Waller County Sheriff's Department Animal Control, 701 Calvit St., Hempstead, TX., 77445  Please specify that donation be used for vaccinations, medications, and supplies for the care of Waller County Strays.

Visitation will be Thursday,  March 5, 2020 from 5-8 pm at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Friday, March 6, 2020 at 10 am at Canon Funeral Home with Minister Wade Cashion officiating. Interment will follow at Hempstead Cemetery.

There will be a luncheon following the service at the Hempstead Masonic Lodge #749, 701 Main St. @ 7 ^th in downtown Hempstead. If anyone would like to contribute, please contact Tina at 936-419-1473 or drop off your contribution by 10 am Friday.
