Roy Walter Kruft, age 92 of Waller passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Ethel Kruft, his wife, Opal Kruft, and great granddaughter, Emma Lynn DeAngelo; and survived by his daughters, Donna Cox and husband Bob, Julie Bankston, and Lorri DeAngelo and husband Carl; grandchildren, David Engel, Andrew Bankston, Sarah Engel, Courtney Green, Brandi Spiller, Kelsey Edmonds, Bethany Dittman, Connor DeAngelo; great grandchildren, Austin Bankston, Hannah Engel, Branson Spiller, Noah Engel, Harper Grace Spiller, Matti Jane Green, Joseph Elliott DeAngelo.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to WWII Museum, Pacific Occupation Exhibit, 945 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70130.

Visitation will be at Canon Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 4-7 pm. Funeral Services will be Monday, December 12, 2016 at 11 am at Canon Funeral Home Chapel with Judge Albert M. McCaig Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Waller Cemetery.
