Robert Alan McDowell, age 66 of Hockley, Texas passed away on May 29, 2016. He is preceded in death by father, Roy E. McDowell; stepmother, Joyce McDowell; stepfather, Douglas Kinser; mother, Jeannie Kinser; uncle, Leroy Deaton. He is survived by his wife, Debra; his children, Anna McDowell, Christopher McDowell, Christie Williams and husband Chad; his grandchildren, Colt McDowell, Case Lipsman, Morgan and Shelby McDowell, Cayley and Chloe Williams; brother-in-life, Bill Deaton; "Queen Bee", mother-in-life, Donna Deaton; as well as other family members and friends.
