Remembering the life of Clayton "Cletus" Politi

It all started at a young age with a rope in his hand and dirt in his mouth. From riding a pony to taking someone's horse and riding it. Clay's other passions were hunting, fishing, trapping and just being in the outdoors.

Cletus always had a smile on his face with the company of friends and family.

If you could take anything from this today, always remember his contagious smile.

Robert Clayton "Cletus" Politi, age 19, of Hempstead passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2016. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Bob Politi; and survived by parents, Rocky Politi and Dawn Farris;grandparents, Frances Politi, Melvin and Claudia Richardson; sister, Jamin Taylor; aunt, Joan Davis; cousins, Matthew and Peter Davis; two nephews; as well as numerous other cousins and very close friends.

Visitation will be at Canon Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, October 16, 2016 from 4-7 pm. Funeral Services will be Monday, October 17, 2016 at 10am at Waller County Fairgrounds in Hempstead with Pastor Tom Dobbs officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Hempstead.
