Reese Burger, age 54 of Hempstead, passed away on May 19, 2015. He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Ray Hensley; and is survived by his wife, Sharon Avery Burger; daughters, Kasie Neel and husband Cannon, and Korie Smith and husband Cody; sister, Donna Davis and husband Rick; grandchildren, Harlea Rae Smith and Sloan Avery Neel as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

Visitation will be on Thursday, May21, 2015 from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral Services will be Friday, May 22, 2015 at 10:30am at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 22892 Mac Washington Lane, Hempstead, TX 77445 with Pastor Tom Dobbs officiating. Interment will follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Cat Springs, TX.
