It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Raymundo Aguilar Banda of Waller, Texas on January 20, 2022 at the age of 72 years. Raymundo is preceded in death by his beautiful wife of 52 years, Maria S. Banda; parents, Magdaleno and Manuela A. Banda; brothers, Fortunato Banda, Francisco Banda, Manuel Banda, Armando Banda and Reynaldo Banda. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Jane M. Banda, Norma (Lucino) Cortez Valdez and Corrina (Javier) Gonzalez; grandchildren, Jose R. Reyes, Andres M. Colunga, Maria V. Reyes, Javier R. Gonzalez, Cristobal J. Gonzalez and Olivia C. Gonzalez and sisters, Petra Bursiaga, Elena (Jose) Garcia and Herlinda Arias as well as numerous relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 26, 2022 beginning at 2:00 pm and ending with a Rosary at 6:00 pm at Canon Funeral Home, 1420 Farr Street in Waller, Texas 77484. Funeral Services will be Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 10:00 am at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, 800 F.M. 1488 in Hempstead, Texas with Father Xavier Bilavendiran officiating. There will be a private family interment.
