Phyllis Garrett Cobb, age 97 of Hockley, passed away on May 3, 2021. She is preceded in death by her husbands Thomas Lee Cobb, Jr., Eugene "Tiny" Garrett, and son "Rusty" Garrett and wife Carolyn. Phyllis is survived by her daughters Geri Cobb, Marilyn Gillette, Dorel McRae and husband Michael; grandchildren Melissa Garrett (Odem) Belton and family, Bobby Garrett and family; as well as other relatives and friends
