Phillip Ray Hayes,"Red", 56, of Field Store, TX passed away on Friday July 29, 2016 in his home, with his faithful pups Scooter and Poptart by his side.
Phillip was an active member of his church, The Fellowship at Field Store. He was known for his lively personality and his love for the children of the church. Phillip owned Red's All Tree service, a tree care and tree removal business for over 25 years that served the local community of Waller as well as every state from Texas to Florida. He was a passionate Father and Grandfather, Husband, Brother, Son, Uncle and friend to many. He had a big heart and never met a stranger. His smile and his laugh was always genuine and contagious. Philip loved animals and over the years he saved many and nursed them back to health. All life was so precious to Phillip and he will be greatly missed by many.
Phillip was prededed in death by his wife of over 25 years, Toni Lee Hayes, his brother Franklin Hayes Jr. and his sister Donna Leatherwood. Phillip is survived by his father, Franklin Delano Hayes and wife Margorie, His mother Lily Fay Lyles. His daughters, Jessica Lee Carpenter and husband Chris, Michal Mott and husband Sean, Alona Fusco and husband Michael. Sisters Debbie Hayes-Ford and husband Rick, Paula Brown and husband Kevin and seven grandchildren, Aliah, Bella, Keira, Addison, Jaedyn, Caitlyn, and Alixandria. As well as many nieces and nephews and others who he had near and dear to his heart.
Visitation will be at Canon Funeral Home 1420 Farr St. Waller, TX 77484 from 6-8pm Thursday August 4. Funeral Service will be at Fellowship At Fieldstore 30402 FM 1488 Waller, TX 77484 on Friday August 5, at 10am with Pastor John Chivvis Officiating. Interment will follow at Fieldstore Cemetery.
