Penny Westrup, age 63 of Waller, Texas, passed away on December 31, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents Joe and Barbara Humphrey.

She is survived by sons Jerry and wife Nicole Westrup, Steven and Brittnie Westrup; sister Nancy and husband Robert Jarrett; grandchildren Angelyn, Madelyn, Kenadie, Eren, Ember and Nidus; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

Penny is in the care of Canon Funeral Home.
