Peggy Ann Edwards, age 68 of Waller passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017. She is survived by sons , Randy T. Land and wife Joy, Stephen A. Land and wife Morgan; sister-in-law, Evelyn Maass; brother- in-law, Dennis Mahlmann; grandchildren, Austin Land, Ashley Land, Jose Vasquez Land, Shelby Land, Kayla Land, Jordan Warren, Jasper Warren, Jaziah Alewine; great grandchildren, Orion Vasquez Land, and numerous nieces and nephews, and friends .
