Paul W. Garrett, age 57 of Katy, TX passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, Oliver Todd and Julia Ann Garrett, brother-in-laws, Randy Gay and Bill Dodson, friends, Boyce Oaks and Todd Smith; and survived by his wife, Kim Garrett; sons, Zachariah Gibbs and wife Ericka, Jacob Todd Garrett; daughters, Weslie Alegria and husband Peter, Jaylynn Zepeda and husband Chance; brother, David Garrett and wife Julie; sisters, Sylvia Gay, Darlene Dodson and husband Harvey Mark; grandchildren, Daisia Gibbs, Celica Douglas, C.J. Douglas, Zoey Gibbs, Joshua Alegria, Silas Gibbs, Jocelyn Alegria, Saraphine Alegria; and numerous other family and friends.
