Ophelia Inez Mullinax, age 95 of Deer Park, passed away on January 9, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert K Mullinax; sons, James Mullinax and Carl Mullinax; brother Bud Turpin and grandson, Kenneth Mullinax; and is survived by sons, Bobby Mullinax and wife Camilla, Curtis Mullinax, Sherman Mullinax and wife Lucy; brother, Lester Lee Turpin and wife Marlene; 9 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and other family members.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 13, 2015 from 11am - 1pm with Funeral Services following at 1pm at Canon Funeral Home with Pastor Allen McClure officiating. Interment will follow at Springer Macedonia Cemetery.
