Ola Fay Phillips, age 93 of Hempstead, Texas passed away on January 1, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents Richard and Alice Lucas, brothers Donald, Boyd, Arthur "Pete", Harold "Billy"; sisters Pearl Tyson, Evelyn "Mae" Drayer, Iva Lutz; son-in-law Benny Miller.

She is survived by her son Richard and wife Jeannie Shawley; daughter Joyce Miller; sisters Alice "Eva" Stitzer, Leah Walizer; grandchildren Trevor and Mendy Miller, Matthew Shawley; great grandchildren Andie Miller; as well as friends.

Memorial Service to be held at a later date.
