Noemi Guerrero, age 18 of Hempstead passed away on June 30, 2015. She is survived by her parents, Anbrocio and Felipa Guerrero; brothers, Gustavo, Cesar and Moses Guerrero; sisters, Faviola Guerrero, Maria de los Angeles Guerrero, Dina Guerrero and twin sister Sarai Guerrero as well as many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Monday, July 6, 2015 from 4:30pm to 8pm. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday July 7, 2015 at 10am at Canon Funeral Home with Pastor Victor Lopez officiating. Interment will follow at Canon Mathis Cemetery.
