Michael A. White, age 57 of Hockley, passed away on April 21, 2019. He is preceded in death by parents Leo and Mary White Sr., one sister, and 3 brothers and is survived by wife Luverna Tilbury White; step sons Chris Milton, Kevin Milton and wife Blair; sisters Stacia Bender, T.J. Henderson; grandchild Kadence Milton as well as other relatives and friends.

After school Michael became an oil derrick rigger as well as an auto mechanic. He then worked as a fence maker, bricklayer and master wheelwright and began wagon restoration. This led him to making cabinets and moving on to become a carpenter. After working as a construction foreman, Michael built his own home. His last major job was laying out the interior walls of the Anadarko Building near the Greenspoint Mall in Houston.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 10-11 am at Canon Funeral Home. Graveside Services will follow at Macedonia Cemetery with Pastor Jesse Hart officiating.
