Martha Fay Smith, age 95 of Waller passed away on May 30, 2025.

She is preceded in death by her father John Carter; mother Verna Mae Dinkins; her loving husband of 40 years Calvin Smith; daughter Laura Smith; brothers Dalton Carter, John Carter, Robert Carter; sisters Mary Henderson, Irene Parker.

Martha is survived by her son Jimmy Smith and wife Bobbi; granddaughters Julie Coursey and husband Bobby, Sarah Duke and husband Justin, Catherine Robinson; great granddaughters Payton Coursey, Taylor Coursey, Hannah Robinson; great grandson Gavin Duke and wife Hefzi; as well as many other family members and friends.

Visitation will be Monday June 2, 2025 from 4-7pm at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 10:30am at Canon Funeral Home with Justin Duke and Randy Theiss officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery.
