Lucille Buchanan, age 89, of Hockley, Texas, passed away on November 4, 2025. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Rachel Ybarra; brothers: Joe Ybarra; Tom Ybarra and wife, Mary; Nick Ybarra and wife, Colleen; sisters: Mary Sklar and husband, Lawrence; Sylvia Hernandez and husband, Lilo; Dorothy Sierra; Rosie Vela and husband, Jesse; and brother-in-law, Bobby Lynch.

She is survived by loving husband of 66 years, Robert Buchanan; daughter, Kelly Hanna and husband, Jim; sons: Kraig Buchanan and wife, Margaret; Jeff Buchanan and wife, Nikki; sister, Josie Lynch; grandchildren: Jim Hanna, Jr. and wife, Beth; Dustin Hanna and wife, Kelly; Lauren Mendoza and husband, Marcus; Shane Buchanan and wife, Kelly; Kolby Buchanan; Josh Buchanan and wife, Leticia; Chance Buchanan; great grandchildren: Ava Buchanan, Harper Hanna, Taylor Hanna, Brooklyn Hanna, Addison Hanna, Brynne Mendoza, Makenna Mendoza, Parker Hanna, Grace Hanna, Jett Mendoza; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside Services will be Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 10:00 am, at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, 24496 Hwy 159 E, Hempstead, Texas 77445.
