Louis Wayne Petry, age 36 of Hockley passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2017. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl Rosco and Mary Kathleen Salmon Smith and Alvin Karl and Dorothy Katherine Lehman Petry; and survived by his parents, Alvin Douglas & Joy Kathleen Smith Petry; brother, Karl D. "Bubba" Petry and wife Jenny Lynn; nieces and nephews, Brooklynn Sage Petry, Ashley Kelly, Taylor Paige Petry, and Kollin Ray Petry; great niece and nephew, Avery and Cash Thompson, as well as numerous other family members and dear friends.

Visitation will be at Canon Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 6-8 pm. Funeral Services will be Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 10am at Canon Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Namanny officiating. Interment will follow at Roberts Cemetery.
