Lamar Styers, age 86 of Bryan, Texas passed away on April 10, 2023. He is preceded in death by his parents Victor and Anna Styers Sr.; brothers -Murphy Lane Styers, Victor Styers, Jr., Gerald Wayne Styers; sister Shirley Marie Tompkins, Gladys Simmons; Carol Sue Thomas, Dana Styers Thompson, Marla Sue Styers.  He is survived by his wife Zolene Styers; sons James Wayman Styers and wife Mary, Lamar Davis and wife Mitzi; daughters Danita Ann Russell and husband Billy Don, Marti LouAnn Fowler and husband Stephen; brother Jimmy Styers and wife Loleen; 11 grandchildren; 16 7/8 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 13, 2023, from 5-7 pm. Funeral Services will be Friday, April 14, 2023, at 11 am at Canon Funeral Home with Jimmy Sanders officiating. Interment will follow at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery.
