Kristofer Blake Schneider, age 33, of Waller, Texas, passed away on July 12, 2026.

Kristofer was born on June 27, 1993, the beloved son of Rosemary Wilshusen and Scott Schneider.

He was a graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos, and built a respected career in the oil and gas industry, where he worked in metallurgical quality control. His dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and strong work ethic earned the respect of his colleagues and those who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Kristofer was united in marriage on August 3, 2019, to Tyler Noel Tate and were later blessed with two beautiful daughters Kinsley Rae (5) and Lainey Blake (3).

Blake was a devoted husband and an extraordinary father. His greatest joy in life was his loving wife and their two beautiful daughters. Nothing filled him with more pride than being a husband and dad. Blake was also a wonderful and dutiful son whose love and respect for his family never wavered.

Survivors include his wife, Tyler Schneider and two daughters, Kinsley Rae (5) and Lainey Blake (3); mother, Rosemary Wilshusen; father, Scott Schneider and Andrea; father-in-law and mother-in-law Mark and Sue Tate, sister-in-law Tori Tate, and nephew David. His brother Cory and sister-in-law Joaquina and nephew Charlie. Also surviving are brother and sister-in-law Jonathon and Barbara Schneider; brother Devon Schneider and sister Savanah Schneider; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.

Blake was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and most recently Uncle Roy Schneider.

Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 8am – 11am at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Service for Kristofer Blake Schneider will follow visitation at 11am. Interment will follow at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery in Chappell Hill, TX.
