Kirk Allen Walker, age 49 of Waller, Texas passed away on August 18, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents James and Beverly Schultz Walker; grandparents Edward and Agnes Schultz.
He is survived by his aunts Mickie Schultz Hooper; Peggy Schultz Bundick and husband, Blevins; cousins Heath Landis; Shane Jenkins and wife, Stacie; niece Skylar Jenkins; nephew Slaten Jenkins as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Kirk served on the Horsepitality Committee at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for 31 years where he became a Lifetime member. He worked for BK Trailers for many years selling buildings, trailers, etc.
Kirk never met a stranger. He made numerous friends along the way that he considered like family. His down to earth and laid back personality made him such a remarkable, unique man. Many called him Tuthpik because he always had the famous toothpick in his mouth. Kirk loved to dance, people watch and socialize. Going to the River was one of his all-time faves as well as attending the Houston Livestock show and Rodeo. He was loved dearly and will be greatly missed!
Kirk is in the care of Canon Funeral Home.
He always said "to cremate me and have a big party" so the family and friends will be holding a Celebration of Life September 6, 2025 from 6pm to 11pm at the Waller County Fairgrounds.
