Kay Jenkins, age 73 of Waller, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016. Kay was born July 13, 1943 in Houston. She grew up in Waller, TX and graduated from Waller High School in 1961. She then went on to Nursing School and worked in that field until retirement. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and watching her grandkids grow up. She is preceded in death by her parents, L.K. & Ellene Rivers; husband, James Warner, Sr. and is survived by sons, James Warner Jenkins, Jr. and wife Andrea and John Jenkins and wife Leah; daughter, Kathy Mauldin and husband Mike; Sister, Shirley Bloodworth and husband Darrell; grandchildren, Brittany Sansone and husband Tony, Lauren, Megan, Tyler, Jared, and Katie Jenkins, Kayla, Carla and Kelly Mauldin; nephews, Al and Bill Bloodworth and niece, Debbie Damron and husband Mark.

Visitation will be at Canon Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, November 7, 2016 from 5-8 pm. A Graveside Services and interment will be Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 11am at Waller Cemetery with Pastor Mark Julian officiating.
