Karen Longa, age 56 of Hempstead, passed away on September 25, 2021. She is preceded in death by her grandparents and is survived by her parents Sam and Dorothy Jacoby; husband Steven Longa; sons Tyler Longa, Carson Longa; sister Tammy Jacoby; nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as many friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 28, 2021, from 5-7pm at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at 10am at Canon Funeral Home with Deacon John Pelletier officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary's  Cemetery in Hempstead.
