Joycelyn "Joyce" Buss Miller was born October 30, 1941 in Houston, TX. She passed away on January 31, 2025 in Victoria, TX.

She is preceded in death by her husband Theodore Thomas Miller; father Ernest Henry Buss; mother Mary Louise Buss; sister Mary Lou Buss; brother Earl Howard Buss; daughter-in-law Patti Miller.

Joycelyn is survived by her sons Thomas Miller, Michael Miller; daughters Lisa Fry and husband Stan, Susan Schlueter and husband Rick; brother Jerral Buss and wife Ruthell; grandchildren Thomas Miller, Todd Miller, Justin Logan, Ashley Miller, Paige Fry; great grandchildren Saige Miller, Maddie Miller, Carlee Matlock, Savanha Miller, TR Miller, Jamison Miller, Sonny Miller, Harper Matlock, Bow Miller, Clayton Matlock; as well as numerous nephews, nieces and friends.

A Graveside Service will be Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 2pm at Waller Cemetery with Pastor Rueben Castillo officiating.
