Johnny Owen Wren, age 59 of Waller, passed away on September  17, 2020. He is preceded in death by his father Thelton Wren and is survived by his mother Jeanette Wren; wife Jackie Wren; sons Brett Wren and wife Lora, Christopher Wren, Andrew Maguire and fiancé Mariana, Alex Maguire, Jay Maguire, stepson Ted Surovec and wife Hillary; daughter Mary Maguire; brother Kelley Wren and wife Monique; sister Fonda Mancina and husband Lou; grandchildren Destinee, Jonathan, Maverick, Cole, Tabitha; nephew Michael Wren; nieces Celena Mancina-Eltahry, Briana Mancina; as well as many family and friends.

Johnny worked at CenterPoint Energy for 15 years. He then drove the school bus for Waller ISD. He loved driving the children to and from school.

Johnny also had a love for all things Halloween and Christmas. His yard was a menagerie of decorations and showed his love of clowns.

Visitation will be Wednesday,  September  23, 2020 from 4-6 pm at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 6pm with Pastor Art Musgrove officiating.
