James Joseph Wagner, age 77 of Hempstead, passed away on December 22, 2024. He is preceded in death by his parents Ignac and Nancy Wagner; brothers Lawrence, Will and John; sister Jeanie Cline.

James is survived by sisters Barbara Brauner, Margaret Kaase and husband Roy; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 26, 2024 from 10:00 am at St Bartholomew Episcopal Church in Hempstead. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am with Pastor Herb Beyer from Weimar, TX officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Hempstead. A luncheon at the church will follow the graveside.
