James (Jim) Robert Mullins, age 72 of Waller, Texas passed away on November 29, 2018. He is survived by his wife Pamela Mullins: sons David Kyle Tracy and wife Michelle, Michael Robert Gordon Mullins; daughters Anne Mullins, Melanie Timm and husband Kai; grandsons Aiden Terrell, Ryan Terrell, and Dylan Jones. He is also survived by his brother, David Mullins, and sister, Connie Leigh Mullins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Corliss Smoot Mullins and Ernest Elvin Mullins.

Jim worked in the natural gas and oil industry for over 20+ years. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved to go camping, fishing, and hunting. Jim was a member of the Monaville Volunteer Fire Department for 15 years. He also loved making homemade wine with the grapes that he personally grew on his farm.

We will be having a Celebration of Life for Jim on December 15, 2018 at 10:00 AM. The service with be at Waller United Methodist Church, 1206 Smith Street, Waller, Texas 77484. It is our strong desire that his service truly be a celebration of his life that he loved and lived so well. Instead of dark somber colors, please wear bright colors to celebrate his love for life, friends, and family.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to Waller United Methodist Church Youth Group in honor of Jim. Donations will be used by the Youth group for activities and Mission trips.
