Jackie is survived by sons T.J. Surovec and wife Hillary, Chris Wren, Brett Wren and wife Lora, Andrew Maguire and wife Mariana; brothers Tommy Mize and wife Penny, Alan Mize and wife Dena, Forrest Mize and wife Sondra; sisters Cherri Saiz, Susan Mize Valez and husband Anthony; brother-in-law Kelly Wren and wife Monique. Jackie was the proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and honorary Aunt Jackie to the St. Cyr family.

Jackie was a friend to everyone, always offering a bright smile. Jackie was a long-time employee at Waller ISD Transportation. As a bus driver for many years, "Ms. Jackie" loved all her kids, and they loved her. She was an avid craftswoman, often sharing her creations with family and friends. She loved baking, gardening, and enjoyed her annual Halloween and Christmas displays.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Canon Funeral Home in Waller from 9:00 to11:00 AM, with the Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 AM, officiated by Pastor Art Musgrove.
