Henry Edward Warneke, age 81 of Waller, Texas passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on January 21, 2022. He is proceeded in death by his parents George Henry and Catherine Marjorie Schmidt Warneke. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Carolyn Sue Warneke; daughter Karen and husband Ronnie Mazurkiewicz; son James Warneke and fiancé Amy Hicks; David and wife Michelle (Shelly) Warneke. Sister Emma and husband Marcus Heath. Grand children Clint and wife Melissa Mazurkiewicz; Ashley and husband Cody Dodd; Cameron Warneke; Catherine and husband Hudson Mehrmann; Grant Warneke and fiancé Kaylea Moro; great grandchildren Colby Mazurkiewicz and Keaton Dodd and nephew Travis Heath.

Henry relocated his family from Cypress, Texas to Waller, Texas in 1974 where all three of his children graduated Waller High School. Nothing meant more to Henry than his family, they were the light of his life and no doubt that he loved and cherished each of them dearly. Henry always enjoyed attending and supporting anything that his grandkids were participating in. Henry's passion in life was for cattle and he was definitely an old school cowman. He spent most of his life going to various cattle auctions always buying, selling, and trading cattle. Along with that, he worked at numerous different sale barns. He also ranched cattle his entire life in a commercial cow calf operation. Henry touched many people throughout his life and for those that were blessed enough to know him will agree, there was never a more honest man. Integrity, a handshake and his word is what Henry lived by.

Visitation will be Monday, January 24, 2022 from 5 – 8pm at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 10 am with Cathy Beasley officiating. Interment will follow at Canon Mathis Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers please make contributions to "The Bob Smith Scholarship Fund" .

Checks can be made payable to the Waller FFA and noted for the Bob Smith Scholarship Fund then mailed to the Waller High School, Attention Waller FFA 20950 Field Store Road Waller, Texas 77484.
