Glennon D. Johnson, Sr., age 96 of Richards, TX, passed away on January 7, 2019. He is preceded in death by parents Herbert Johnson and Eula Davidson Johnson;  first wife Kitty Knebel; second wife Lesta Burt; sons Sherrick Johnson, Glennon Johnson, Jr.; brothers Homer Johnson, Otis Johnson; sister Annie Mae Kirchoff. He is survived by daughters Deborah Johnson Wood and husband Ray, Judy Collette Johnson Asa and husband Jim; grandchildren Julie Yargo and husband Johnny, Jimmy Asa and husband Michael, Jordan Asa and fiancé Brandon; great grandchildren Cheyenne Flournoy, Dakota Yargo; great great grandchildren Greyson and Sadie Claire Flournoy; as well as other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 5-7 pm at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Friday, January 11, 2019 at 11 am at Canon Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Dobbs officiating. Interment will follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
