Jerry Knebel (Big G), age 62 of Waller, Texas passed away on March 30, 2022, in College Station, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Milton and Katie Knebel.

Jerry was born November 21, 1959, at home in Waller, Texas to Milton S. and Katie Bell (Tillery). He attended Waller Elementary, Waller Jr. High and graduated from Waller High School in 1978.  He worked for various farms in the Waller area from a young age until he graduated high school, then he went to work for Waller Crop Service until 1992.  Jerry went to work for the City of Waller Utility Dept. as a dog catcher and manager of Waste Water Treatment until 2017 when he retired.  He also worked for Mayer Farms when needed until 2016. He worked Friday and Saturday nights at Repka's Grocery during crawfish season. He loved visiting with folks daily at Carl's BBQ and Ranchito.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 41 years Robbin; daughters Kristin Collins and husband Chad, Kelsey Knebel all of Waller; grandsons Kolby Karsteter and Grayson Collins; brother Donald Knebel and girlfriend Doris Eckert; sisters Elizabeth Stegint and husband Joe, Yvonne Fischer and husband Don, Barbara Demel and husband Paul; as well as many other nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.

Jerry is in the care of Canon Funeral Home.

Celebration of Jerry's Life will be held by the family, Saturday - April 9, 2022 at 11 am at Waller Civic Center (Old Lions Club) 3700 Waller St., Waller, Texas.
