Ervin Ray (Buster) Montgomery, age 58 of Hempstead passed away on October 24, 2015. He is preceded in death by his father Grady Allbright and mother, Marie Townsend, and survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Valerie Konieczny Montgomery; sons, Ervin Montgomery, Jr. and wife Stephanie, Jeffrey Montgomery and fiancé Skylar; mother-in-law, Dorothy Konieczny; sisters, Sybol Montgomery Close, Arlyne Langford and husband Dennis; grandchildren, Christian, Madison and Tucker Montgomery, brother-in-law, Ronnie Konieczny, and special friend, Steven Griffin.

Buster was a loving, husband, father, paw-paw and friend. He fought long and hard for the past 6 years. Although he will be dearly missed, we have His promise that we will be reunited in heaven.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 2pm to 5pm. Funeral Services will be Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 10am at Canon Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Jordan officiating.
