Elton Foster Hurry, age 50 of  Waller passed away on April 2, 2025. Elton is preceded in death by his father Moe Hurry.

Elton is survived by his mother Linda Foster; wife Ruthie Hurry; brother Jeremy and wife Amy Hurry; sons Tyler Kozel, Cody Baker and wife Christian; daughters Brooke and husband Overlin Rodriguez, Nikkita Baker, Hailey and husband Grant Bockelman; grandchildren Aubree Kozel, Parker Bockelman, Caleigh Bockelman, Meadow Rodriguez and Niko Cavazos; nieces Kelsey and Kourtney Hurry; as well as numerous friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held by the family at Fieldstore Community Center Saturday April 5, 2025 from 1-3pm.
