Betsy was born on September 28, 1944 in Paris, TN. She was an amazing, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. She adored her family and was happiest when she was watching her grandson Ryan play baseball or cheering on her kids and grand-kids, Joey and Cole, at horseshows. Betsy loved to shop! She and her daughter could spend hours just rummaging looking for that one amazing deal. She would say it was the thrill of the hunt. Betsy also loved traveling to the mountains of Colorado with Charlie where they would spend time enjoying the vibrant colors of the changing seasons and the valleys filled with wild flowers.
Betsy was an animal lover with a special passion for horses and dogs. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Waller County Sheriff's Department Animal Control Division, 701 Calvit Street, Hempstead, TX 77445. (979) 826-2688. Please specify that the donations are to be used for vaccinations, medications and supplies. This group is doing wonderful work, saving as many animals as possible.
