Elizabeth Kessner, age 87 of Hempstead passed away on April 25, 2025.

She is preceded in death by her parents Shelby and Edna Losack; her loving husband Ernest Lee Kessner, Jr.; and sister Patricia L. Walker.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughters Leigh Ann Harris and husband Steven, Jerilyn Matthews and husband Ron; sister Frankie Pearce; grandchildren Jason Harris and wife Dede, Chad Harris and wife Aimee, Joel Harris and wife Morgan, Nathan Matthews and wife Katie, Rachel Lankford and husband Nate, John Matthews and wife Rachel, Daniel Matthews and wife Samantha; 18 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; as well as other family members and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 10-11am at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 11am with Ron Matthews officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Creek Cemetery.
