Donald Gee Snow aka "Goober" was born November 3, 1941, in Waller, Texas. He passed away on December 11, 2024, at the age of 83.

Donald graduated from Waller High School in 1961 where he enjoyed playing all sports, especially football. He loved spending time with friends and family, fishing, hunting, and yelling at and rooting for his favorite sport teams, the Oilers and Astros.

Donald was a member of the Masonic Lodge. His favorite activities during his retirement were spending time with family, playing dominoes and cards, and shooting the breeze with anyone who would listen. He never ever met a stranger. He loved his family, friends, and the Lord. His talks, laughter, and friendliness will be greatly missed by all.

Donald is survived by his daughter Sheri Forsyth and husband Jim; sister Joy Smith; grandchildren Brittany Forsyth Stewart and husband Clayton, Sidney Snow, Caleb Snow and wife Brooke, David Forsyth, Bailey Snow, Brooke Forsyth; great grandchild Sadie Joy Stewart; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Annie Snow; son Steven Wayne Snow; brothers Dwayne Snow, Daniel D. Snow (twin); sisters Barbara Stanford, Mary Ruth Bonner Ragland, Bobbie Buckley.

Visitation will be Monday, December 16, 2024, from 11am - 1 pm at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Services to follow at 1 pm with Brother Tom Dobbs officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery.

Pallbearers: David Forsyth, Ronnie Pilcik, Bruce Snow, Caleb Snow, Clayton Stanford, Clayton Stewart and Kelly Young.
