Dena Denise Nolan, age 65 of Hempstead, passed away on April 5, 2021. Dena is preceded in death by her parents Otis Charles Hollan & Ramona Madeline Hadley Hollan; and a brother Bevin Hollan. She is survived by her husband Paul Nolan; daughter Amanda Victoria (Todd) Thiel; sister-in-law Debbie Hollan; nephew Blake (Taylor) Hollan; niece Brooke Hollan; grandchildren Tanna Thiel & Taiden Thiel; stepchildren Paul Nolan, Jr. & Katherine White; four (4) step-grandchildren and four (4) step-great-grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday April 7, 2021 from 5 to 7 pm at Canon Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be Thursday April 8, 2021 at 11am at First Baptist Church of Hempstead with John Brandt officiating.  Interment will follow at Old Salem Cemetery in Hempstead.

Due to Covid-19, wearing a mask and social distancing is recommended.
