Darren Wayne "Dee" Stech, entered this world on June 7, 1966, the day after the family (Wayne and Pat plus sisters Renee and Stacie Lynn) moved to Waller County from Kingsville, Texas. He attended kindergarten through 12 ^th Grade at Waller School District.

His short life has been one big adventure: riding steers then bulls from Waller Co. Little Britches; High School rodeo in a station wagon then as an adult traveling across Texas, New Mexico to Arizona; working at Borden's in Houston; sheetrock installation in apartment construction in Florida and Tennessee; constructing metal buildings in South Texas and Louisiana to Washington, California, South Carolina, Chicago and refractory work.

Along the way, he found time to fish the Gulf Coast and Tampa Bay and hunt in South Texas and New Mexico plus team roping statewide.

Dee leaves behind his mother Pat Stech; sister Renee Stech; niece Cassi Deelynn and husband Blake Lowrance; nephew Cameron and wife Rebeca Garner; great-nephew Landon; great-nieces Sage and Camilla; Godson Hayden Wuensche, Alexis Stech; extended family and a lifetime of friends.

He was welcomed home by his father Wayne; sister Stacie Lynn; grandparents Augie and Ruby Stech, Herb and Lyda Muse; cousin Johnny Chapman and many other loved ones.

Funeral Services will be Monday, November  1, 2021 at 11 am Champion Cowboy Church with  Rickey Aber officiating. Interment will follow at Canon Mathis Cemetery.

Lunch will follow at Women's Building at the Waller Fair Grounds.
