Danny Erwin Calvit, age 60, of Fieldstore, TX passed away on August 15, 2016. He is preceded in death by his father, Clyde Calvit. He is survived by his mother, Peggy Tinsley and his step father, Travis Tinsley; his wife, Nita Calvit; his sons, Chris Koester Sr. and James Calvit; his daughters, Misty Finch and Bambi Avila; his brother, Larry Calvit; his sisters, Cindy Hatchett and Kathi Poole; grandchildren, Chris Koester Jr, Hayleigh Koester, Tabitha Calvit, Austin Adair, Tommy Finch Jr., Cole Finch, Paisley Finch, Ronnie Thrasher, and Eli Avila. He also leaves behind his beloved American Sharpai and best buddy Rowdy, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, beloved co-workers, and friends.

Danny lived to work and provide for his family. He thoroughly enjoyed many trips to the lake, fishing and pulling grandkids with his boat. Camping in his RV and driving his truck were top on his list as well.

Memorial Services will be Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 2:00pm at Canon Funeral Home with Eugene Dewveall officiating.
