Christopher Chambers, age 39 of Hempstead passed away on September 7, 2019. He is survived by father Bruce Chambers; mother Cheryl Weiss; son Tyler Chambers; daughter Taylor Coolidge; sisters Shannon Perez, Holly Weiss, Shannon Chambers as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Awareness Prevention at Afsp.org.

Memorial Services will be Wednesday at 10am September 18, 2019 at Canon Funeral Home.
