Cheryl Weiss, age 64 of Hempstead, passed away on July 12, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents Herman and Blanche Heise; biological father Van Case; son Christopher Chambers; twin daughters Stacy and Tracy Perez; sisters Melissa Heise and Vanna Heise. She is survived by her daughters Holly Weiss, Shannon Perez; brother Greg Heise; sisters Christi Kluna and husband John, Cindy Kramer and husband Woody, Eileen Halcrow, Karen Heise; grandchildren Brandi, Tyler, Taylor, Maddox, Swayze, Phoenix, Jaxson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends

Memorial Services will be Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 10 am at Canon Funeral Home.
