Bobby Buffington, Sr., age 75 of Hempstead passed away on September 12, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents Glen and Marguerite Buffington, sisters, Gloria Jean Moorehead, Peggy Allen, and brother, Phillip Gill. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Buffington; sons, Bobby Glen Buffington, Jr., Eric Scott Buffington; daughter, Sharity Ane Teel and husband Kristopher; step brother, Gary Dennis and wife Debbie; half sister Cathy Cauthen and husband Dick; grandchildren, Amy Danforth, Areanna Buffington, Destin Buffington, Brianna Buffington, Kaila Stovall and husband Ryan, Michael Ray Baldobino, Jr., Jonathon Ray Baldobino, Nicholas Scott Buffington, Alysha Starr Buffington, Matthew Zackary Buffington; great grandchildren, Triston Spring, Brandon Spring, Malakai Hayes, Brooklyn Gray, Jayden Thomas, Zoe Jane West, Korra Elizabeth Stovall, Brady Elliot Stovall; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Monday, September 17, 2018 from 5-7 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 10 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with Bishop Richard A. Stewart officiating. Interment will be Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 12:30 pm at Houston National Cemetery.
