Billy Gene Hendrix, age 89 of Waller, passed away on February 25, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents James and Virgie Hendrix; wife Gloria Sue Hendrix; brothers James and Bobby Hendrix; grandson Mac Hendrix. Billy is survived by sons Billy Gene Hendrix and wife Sandy, Randy Hendrix and wife Tracy, Glen Hendrix and wife Annette, Tommy Hendrix and wife Cindy, Lance Hendrix and wife Rebecca, Tim Hendrix and wife Janice, Shannon Hendrix and wife Melissa; daughter Susie Byer; 26 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; as well as many others relatives and friends.

If desired, the family suggests memorials be made to Champion Cowboy Church in Billy Gene's name.

Visitation will be Monday,  March 2, 2020 from 5-8 pm at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 1:30 pm at Champion Cowboy Church with Pastor Gene Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Canon Mathis Cemetery.
